Integrating AI into Orca’s existing security posture management capabilities offers deep visibility into cloud environments, enabling better risk mapping and protection, according to co-founder and CEO Gil Geron. “Because we have such deep visibility and context into your production environment, we can easily map where you’re using these AI services, what is the potential impact of using these services, and whether it was intended and monitored or just someone playing with a new technology,” Geron said.

Before co-founding Orca Security, Geron spent nearly 11 years at Check Point Software, culminating in a 19-month stint overseeing the company’s cybersecurity gateway and cloud products.
