This policy, from TechRepublic Premium, can be customized as needed to fit the requirements of your organization.

From the policy:

No device sharing when organization iCloud accounts are present. When an organization-owned or organization-reimbursed iCloud account is provided to an organization representative, no organization representative must ever permit a family member, friend or other unauthorized users to access the device, whether the device is owned by the organization or the user, as the individual could receive unauthorized access to organization databases, files, photos, videos, research, information, messaging and services.

The download comprises a six-page document.

Previously priced at $99, this is now available to download for $9. Or free with a Premium annual subscription: click here to find out more.
